• NewGround: A Muslims-Jewish Partnership for Change is recruiting 2010 fellows in both the Bay Area and Los Angeles.

The NewGround Fellowship Program provides Muslim and Jewish young professionals with structured dialogue, in-depth education sessions with local community leaders, expertly facilitated skills-building workshops, and collaborative civic engagement opportunities.

• Budrus – Just Vision’s new feature documentary film

The movie follows the story of a Palestinian-led movement in the West Bank that brings together all Palestinian political factions and Israelis to wage a 10-month nonviolent struggle to protect the village of Budrus from destruction. Like the people who are featured in Encounter Point, those in Budrus are rejecting revenge in favor of Gandhian approaches to resolving conflict.
